Each extract is features premium pure grain alcohol extract that never rises above 97 degrees. We are very conscious of taking our health products to high temperatures for this severely compromises the nutritional integrity of any product. This slow extraction process utilizes the whole berry; skin, seeds, tannins. Furthermore, we never take the temperature above 97 degrees. Effectively raising the bar in herbal supplements and finally providing a pure alternative to pasteurized juices and concentrates which suffer loss in nutritional integrity once the products are taken over 107, 120, and finally pasteurized at their shelf stable temperature of 160 degrees.
