Recipe: Overnight Oats with Aronia Berries
Healthy and filling breakfast ready right when you wake up. Just grab and go!
Ingredients
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup water
2 tsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup frozen Sawmill Hollow organic aronia berries
Additional toppings like nuts, nut butter, chocolate chips, or more fruit
Instructions
- In a mason jar or another glass container with a lid, stir together rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla. 
- Add water and stir. If adding nut butter, stir in now as well. 
- Top with frozen Sawmill Hollow organic aronia berries and additional toppings of choice. 
- Refrigerate overnight, or at least 5 hours. 
- Stir before eating. Add a drizzle of honey for a touch of sweetness! Enjoy cold or heat in a microwave safe container.
